Have you grown tomatoes in pots or containers befo Have you grown tomatoes in pots or containers before? Iโ€™m attempting to do just that this year! Iโ€™ve already got a ton of tomato plants started- like cherry, Roma, beefsteak and some money makers! So our backyard deck this summer is going to look like a tomato wonderland. (Or I hope it does!) ๐Ÿ…

So with all these future tomato plants growing, I knew I was needing some good trellises to support them. So I made some! And I love how this wooden trellises turned out. Theyโ€™re a little bit classy but very practical. ๐Ÿ˜‰

And today, Iโ€™m sharing the full tutorial on the blog! You can find it here: https://inspirationformoms.porch.com/diy-planter-trellis-container-garden/ or by clicking on the link in my profile.

Don't you agree? These delicious Cocoa Brownies have 10 tablespoons and I wouldn't even think about trying to make them with one tablespoon less!

The Best Cocoa Brownies
10 tablespoons Truly Grass Fed Ghee Clarified Butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup semi-chocolate chips, melted
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl add your melted butter. Whisk in sugar by hand until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla and whisk to combine. Then add in melted chocolate and whisk until combined. Next, add the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa and salt). Using a spatula, stir until combined. Then stir in chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan and then smooth out. Bake in preheated over for 30-35 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes before slicing.

And speaking of butter, the one I found that really makes the best tasting brownies is @trulygrassfed Ghee Clarified Butter. It has a rich, nutty taste which compliments the brownie ingredients perfectly. And I know when I use Truly Grass Fed butter in my baking, I'm using a product that adheres to the highest standards of nutrition, flavor and quality. Always non-GMO, growth hormone rBST-free* and antibiotic free.

So, who's ready to make some brownies?! #Choosetruly #pairswithyou https://lnk2.io/wBzldn9

AD: Oh yea! Let's start this Monday off right with AD: Oh yea! Let's start this Monday off right with some delicious Puffed Pear Pancakes! Question: Are you a fan of pears? Everyone in our house loves them! And one of our favorite ways to enjoy them is baked in Pear Pancakes. This is such an easy recipe to whip up!

Puffed Pear Pancakes:
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons @trulygrassfed salted butter

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place a 12-inch cast-iron skillet in the oven to warm it. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, vanilla, and salt until smooth. In a separate bowl, toss the pears with the sugar and cinnamon. Carefully remove the preheated skillet from the oven and add the butter, swirling until it is melted. Arrange the pears in a single layer in the skillet and pour in the batter. Return the skillet to the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve immediately with maple syrup.

I love to use Truly Grass Fed unsalted butter when baking this recipe because we all can definitely taste the difference in it's higher quality standards! You can hit "save" or screenshot this recipe to reference later. Such a great way to start ANY day!
